Forrest Shoaf , senior vice president and chief legal officer of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc., has been elected to the board of directors of the National Restaurant Association. He will serve through December 2012. Shoaf joined Cracker Barrel in 2005. He served 12 years in the U.S. Army, retiring with the rank of lieutenant colonel, before beginning his law career.
